Chattahoochee animal clinic monthly specials

Happy Holidays everyone! The year is quickly coming to a close. I cannot believe that it is almost 2015…where did the time go? As owner and veterinarian of Chattahoochee Animal Clinic, I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to all of my wonderful clients. Every day I wake up and realize that I get to go to a job that I love and have daily interactions with so many amazing people. Not many folks in the business world are able to say that! Simply put…I feel extremely blessed. The reason for this feeling starts with all of my pet parents. I see it day in and day out, where all of you take amazing care of your furry family members and genuinely seek to provide them the best care possible. We as a staff are extremely fortunate to be able to fulfill this service.

I was given this advice by a very wise friend prior to becoming a veterinarian, and I would like to share it with all of you. He knew that once you become a veterinarian, your life is dedicated to serving the needs of these special animals and their pet parents. You add a family, life responsibilities, and whatever else comes along and organized chaos ensues. He called it the “step back.” It’s nothing ground-breaking or new, but often is forgotten or overlooked. The holiday season is a special time and should be celebrated with everyone important to you and your family. So, enjoy the time spent with family and friends. As the year comes to an end and everyone’s lives are chaotic during the holiday season, try to take a step back. Even for just a few minutes, and just take it all in. Appreciate all of the great people you are surrounded by and wonderful experiences and memories that you have had this year because of them.  This will cause you to smile and look forward to the New Year.
